Great conditions vs. price. Staff quite nice and cooperative. Room very clean, daily cleaning and refreshing of towels. Air conditioning functioning well... quite a relief after hot outdoors weather. Also great microclimate for sleeping.

The hotel is a good price-performance option. It is not exceptional, but there was nothing wrong - the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a good option for a shorter stay, but if you are staying for more than a few days, note that there are no wardrobes or storage space to unpack your luggage. Note that it is not immediately close to the public transport stations - you need a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station and a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station, so the transport to the nearest tourist attraction points in the centre (e.g., Arc de Triomphe) will take around 50 minutes. The hotel is situated in a quiet and clean business area and we felt safe walking the streets, even by night, so I recommend it for women travelling alone.

Room was clean and bright, breakfast was delicious with a good selection available. Most staff were helpful. It is quite a distance from the main attractions, but a lovely walk into Paris 1 hour walk to Arc de Triomphe. Could see the Seine and top of the Eiffel tower from our room. Kids thought the bed layout was brilliant.

Distance from tourist attractions and the view of the Eiffel tower from the bedroom window. The receptionist when we checked in was very kind, provided early check in, always very friendly, speaking English and answering all our questions. The bathroom and bed linen were very clean with no stains or hair.

The room looks good. It was clean though we had a little visitor. A separate washroom and bathroom which is also helpful incase we'll be using it at the same time. Breakfast was decent. Loved how fresh their croissants are. The guy receptionist (forgot to ask his name) is very accommodating, friendly and is really a great help. Speaks perfect English which is really helpful for tourists like us. Would love to be back again.

The room and the whole hotel were very cleaned. The personnel at the reception nice and friendly. The coffee machine in the hall was a savior.

Good location with standard fit out. Also, the a receptionist, Emma was very welcoming and helpful. My room had a nice view over the River and a distant view of the Eiffel Tower.

The room is clean and well insulated. Since it's without air-con, in summer we have to close the windows not to let the hot air goes inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another thing we like is the safe and reasonable private parking price for parisian standard.

Good views of River Seine, distant Eiffel tower. Typical continental breakfast. Restaurants for dinner nearby. Good example of IBIS Budget style
